Motherhood doesn’t come with a handbook.
And even if it did, your child wouldn’t follow it page by page.
Now here you are, doing your best.
Some days, you’re unsure.
You second guess yourself before the day even begins.
You wonder if everyone else has it figured out while you’re just trying to keep up.
But let me whisper this to your heart:
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re just learning, as you go.
It’s not failure when you ask for help.
It’s not failure when your voice cracks from exhaustion.
It’s not failure when you take a minute in the bathroom to just breath.
This is the beautiful becoming.
The slow, gentle stretching of your soul.
The strength building in places you didn’t know needed it.
So no, my friend, you are not failing.
You are becoming the mother your child actually needs.
The present one.
The real one.
The one who shows up, even on the hard days.
This week, give yourself permission to breathe.
To not have all the answers.
To let love guide you.
To let grace hold you.
And to let today simply be enough.
You’re doing better than you think.
With all my heart,
Your Heart to Heart Weekly 💛
